These two girls were fun to watch and hang out with this weekend. Although we did not compete as a team Friday, they enjoyed watching all the teams compete for the state title all day. Saturday, their day to shine, came quickly. These two were mentally and physically prepared to compete. They began on beam where both girls stuck their routines. They both looked beautifully poised up there. Jasmine really made her routine look effortless and beautiful as she nailed each skill and pronounced her jumps and dance. Next, the girls went to the floor. Alexys tumbled higher and tighter and even made the crowd believe she was having fun. Jasmine nailed her full and soared within her other tumbling passes as well. Vault was next. Both girls competed well on this event. They really gave it their all. Bars was their final event this afternoon. Completing nicely executed clean routines culminated this year on a positive note!
