On Friday, August 8, Wagner traveled to Clear Lake to participate in the Bravo Division of the VFW 14U State Baseball Tournament.

Howard Bich, a former teacher and coach at Wagner High School, recently competed at the National Senior Games in Des Moines, IA at age 85 1/2. He competed in the 85-89 age category and was awarded multiple gold and silver medals.

JUNIOR REGIONS AT TABOR

The Wagner Post 11 junior legion squad traveled to Tabor on July 28 and 29 to take part in the Region 4B tournament. This tournament was pool play with the other three teams participating being Tabor, Scotland- Menno-Freeman-Canistota, and Winner.

With one last shoutout, Coach Mel Juffer wanted to make sure that all of her swimmers know how proud she is of the entire team. 'In my heart they are all winners because they work so hard.' Congrats on a great season Waves!
