Read moreAmerican Legion Greer Post #11 held its monthly meeting on December 16, 2021 at the Post Home with 31 members in attendance. Commander Rados thanked the cooks for the delicious prime rib dinner which was enjoyed by all. Three new members, Steve Woods and Shaun and Lisa Bambas were introduced and welcomed to the American Legion. Commander Clayton Rados then called the members to attention. Chaplain Donald Kotab gave the invocation, which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. The Preamble to the Constitution of the American Legion was recited by all members. Commander Rados then called the meeting to order.

Read moreArlys Thompson and her daughters, Gayle and Carley Cushenberry and Nan, Brian and Katie Renstrom of Shoreview, Minnesota and her, Eric, Dana, Emily, Morgan, Ethan and Brady Thompson of Brandon spent the Thanksgiving Holiday for several days in Crowcreek, Arizona along with Philip and Nancy )Thompson) Kierman of Scottsdale, Arizona. On Saturday they were guests in the Kierman home. They returned back to South Dakota the Monday after Thanksgiving. Arlys remained overnight at Eric and Dana's and came home Tuesday.
