Read moreThe Wagner Boys Golf team traveled to Plankington to compete against Winner and Chamberlain. Only two members of the team were able to compete, but it was important to get a competitive round of golf in before regions next week. Matt Link and Colby Krcil both golfed well on the day but did not place as the meet didn’t have awards. This was the last regular season meet and both golfers have gradually improved all season long. Our next meet will be Monday, September 26th in Mitchell for region 3A and a chance to compete in state.

Read moreThe tuckpointing of the Carnegie Public Library is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, Sept 28th. The front door and front steps will also be replaced at this time. These repairs will allow the use of the building as a Museum to continue for years to come. A portion of the cost of these repairs is paid for with a grant from the South Dakota Historical Society and the remainder from donations from concerned citizens and the City of Lake Andes.
