The Lady Red Raiders faced the Burke Lady Cougars again in regular season play on Monday, October 24th. It was a battle from the start of the 2 ranked programs. After a hard fought battle, the Lady Red Raiders fell short and lost the five set battle with scores of 25-20, 26-24, 19-25, 20-25, and 10-15 which ends the Red Raiders regular season with a record of 28-3.
Read moreThe Wagner Volleyball team traveled to Winner on Saturday, October 22nd to compete in the SESD Conference Tournament. The Raiders went in ranked second by seed points. In the first round of pool play the Raiders faced Winner beating them in two straight sets with scores of 25-15 and 25-15. Then they went up against Bon Homme and won with scores of 25-11 and 25-10. After initial pool play the Lady Raiders were in the Championship Pool and would face two ranked programs Platte/Geddes and Burke. During the second round the Raiders swept Platte/Geddes 25-19 and 25-21 and then in the champion-ship match they battled with Burke and were crowned SESD champions with scores of 25-8, 17-25, and 25-22.

Anna’s 5K time in the Class B Girls Race was 21:27. The other runners on the team Eilie DeHaan (22:50) and Lexi Schoenfeilder (23:14) finished in 62nd and 68th places out of a field of 113 runners.
