The Wagner Volleyball team traveled to Tyndall on Saturday, September 17th to take part in the Cavalier Clash which is a sixteen-team tournament. The Lady Raiders came ready to play and went 6-0 in the tournament. The girls played with focus and great energy and were crowned champions. Wagner faced Gayville-Volin (25-19, 25-9), AC/DC (25-13, 25-9), Alcester Hudson (25=14, 25-14) in pool play. The Raiders then moved into bracket play to face Platte/Geddes (25-18, 25-20), Elk-Point Jefferson (25-15, 25-17), and then met Bon Homme (25-17, 25-22) in the championship.

It was a beautiful day for a Cross Country Meet this past Monday, September 12 and it was a great day for running. The kids showed up to race, and race, they all did! There were some very exciting finishes.

Read moreThe Wagner Boys Golf team participated in the Parkston Invitational Tournament on Friday, September 2nd. The boys competed at the Lakeview golf course in Mitchell, South Dakota. Competing in the event were Matt Link (56th place) and Carter Smejkal (67th place). Competing at Lakeview will be a great benefit to Matt and Carter as the region competition will also be in Mitchell later this month. The boys continue to show improvement, and are becoming comfortable in competition.
