Read moreLake Andes has had a new business on Main Street for the past few months. On March 20th Vernon’s Repair and Auto Service became K Tire & Oil LLC. K’s Tire and Oil is owned and operated by Jr Kiyukan. He has not yet had a grand opening but plans to once the shop is more where he would like it to be. Kiyukan currently has five employees, all from the local Wagner and Geddes areas.

This is a Christ centered prayer ministry made up of Moms and other interested ladies desiring to pray for the students and the school. The organization was started over 30 years ago by Fern Nichols. She, along with one other lady met to pray for their children as they started school. That small beginning has grown into an International Organization that has praying groups in all 50 states and over 120 countries.

Read moreI didn’t think I’d find so much Jesus at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. He’s everywhere all the time, but I didn’t expect to feel his presence at a pancake breakfast at the Buffalo Chip. He was clearly there when the Sons of Light Ministry graciously hosted hundreds of guests, including myself and Lawrence Jones from Fox and Friends. The Sons of Light witnessed by serving a free breakfast to all who came, sharing songs of praise, and just joining in fellowship.
