The Wagner American Legion Auxiliary Greer Unit #11 is honored to announce the selection of Pamela Bastemeyer as its Unit Member of the Year. As of 2026, Pamela has been a dedicated member of Wagner’s ALA for 48 years. Her commitment is part of a remarkable generational legacy: her mother, Mayme Crisman, celebrates 71 years of membership in 2026; her daughter, Janelle Bastemeyer, marks 37 years; and her granddaughter, Lauren Bastemeyer, proudly continues the tradition with three years of membership.
Read moreAmerican Legion Greer Post #11 held its monthly meeting on March 19, 2026 with 31 members in attendance and 3 SAL members. Craig Krsnak was in attendance and gave a brief presentation on our insurance policy. Due to current trends and costs, the adjuster felt we were underinsured. The queen of hearts drawing was won by Melvin Horner who drew the two of hearts. Chaplain Don Kotab gave the invocation which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. The Preamble to the Constitution of the American Legion was recited by all members. Commander Rados then called the meeting to order.

President Jamie Soukup welcomed Wagner Community School students and their parents to the meeting. Once a year the Rotary Club entertains the students who have a 4.0 standing and their parents to our meeting.
