DeLana D. Green, 89 of Otsego, MN died Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Riverview Landing Assisted Living, Otsego, MN. Visitation with the family present will be held Friday, October 7 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory. Funeral service will be held Saturday,October8at10:00a.m., at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory.

DeLana was born on June 7, 1933 the daughter of Henry and Dorothy (Buchholz) Sayler in Avon. She was raised and educated in Avon, graduating from Avon High School. She was united in marriage to Bryce Green on June 10, 1961 in Sioux Falls. DeLana attended Dakota WesleyanCollegeandreceiveda degreeinnursing.Sheworkedas anurseattheMethodistHospital in Mitchell and many years in home health care.

DeLana was a member of Hillcrest Church, garden club and a fifty-year member of PEO. She had a love of music and played piano and organ for her church for many years. During her younger years, she would sing on KORN Radio in Mitchell. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and square dancing with Bryce. Delana loved time spent with her family and enjoyed cooking them something special when they were together.

Delanaissurvivedbyherchildren, Tammie (Bill) Jorgensen of Tea, Barry (Lisa) Green of Loretto, MN and Janelle (Jerry) Stange of St. Michael, MN; seven grandchildren, Nichole Jorgensen, Andy (Cara) Jorgensen, Cassie (David) Stern, Josh Green, Austin Green, Sammi(Nick)BrooksandEmily (fiancé Nick Reis) Stange; two great-grandchildren, Solomon and Hadassah Stern; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

DeLana is preceded in death by parents; husband, Bryce (2016); grandson, Jacob Stange; brother, Orville Sayler; sister, Vera Ayotte.
