Mesa, AZ 85207 Cynthia was born on June 6, 1951 to Gerald and Laval-Mae (Vesper) Haenfler in Wagner. She died Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. She attended rural Rueb and Mennonite School. In 1969, she graduated from Avon High School. Cynthia had perfect attendance all 12 grades. After five years of college at South Dakota State University, Cynthia received her degree for Pharmacy in 1974. Cynthia began working at age 12 in the Flower Ship for Ada Mensch. She then got the prime job in Avon as the soda jerk for George Ulrich, then Otto and Margret Poppe at the drug store from 19671969. She worked as a pharmacist from 1974 to 1991 at the Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls. In 1992, she worked at the Indian Health Service as a contract pharmacist.
